Christopher Clark, a wide receiver out of East Los Angeles College, will play for Syracuse this season, ELAC athletic director Al Cone said Monday.

Cone said he didn’t know if Clark was taking classes, but he said the wide receiver is in Syracuse now. Clark is not listed on the SU roster or in the university’s student directory yet.

“If all things go well, he will definitely be on the football team this year,” Cone said.

Clark spent the last two seasons at ELAC, Cone said. He finished third on the team with 33 receptions and 631 yards receiving in 11 games last fall. Clark also led ELAC with 11 touchdown receptions.
